Although Modelingintl.com and its affiliates may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions and bulletin boards on the Site, neither Modelingintl.com nor its affiliates is under any obligation to do so. Modelingintl.com reserves the right to change or modify portfolio information or message board postings as needed and without notice. You acknowledge that Modelingintl.com and its affiliates do not control the information available on the bulletin boards and chat rooms and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any bulletin board or in any chat room are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content. Modelingintl.com and its affiliates reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material, links, email addresses, images, and content submitted to, or posted on the chat rooms, bulletin boards, or portfolios. Modelingintl.com and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to deny access to the e-mail systems provided for general community use. Modelingintl.com has guidelines regarding posting of appropriate images, email addresses, content, and links. You agree to read and adhere to the guidelines as posted throughout the site.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING YOU POST OR TRANSMIT, AND YOU GRANT MODELINGINTL.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES THE RIGHT TO EDIT, COPY, PUBLISH EITHER ON THE MODELINGINTL.COM WEBPAGE, IN OUR MAGAZINE, MEDIA KIT OR OTHER PUBLICATION PRODUCED BY US AND DISTRIBUTE ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT YOU POST OR TRANSMIT FOR ANY PURPOSE. MODELING INTERNATIONAL WILL PROVIDE PROPER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR ALL PHOTOS USED, TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. MODELING INTERNATIONAL CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION. MEMBER WILL RETAIN FULL OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE DETERMINATION TO THE USE OF THE PHOTOS BY MODELING INTERNATIONAL. MEMBER WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE PHOTOS IN THEIR PORTFOLIO, AND IN OTHER PUBLICATIONS. All communications provided by Modeling International are for the members to make contacts and get connecting. In no way is it to advertise, SPAM, or provide some an avenue for dating. Modeling International is not a dating service and we respect the professional values of our members.

Modeling International SHALL NOT be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Modeling International shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if Modeling International has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IS INAPPLICABLE.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Modeling International, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member's computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Modelingintl.com and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service or from personal portfolios on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from Modelingintl.com all users of the system acknowledge that Modelingintl.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal home page section, or the main portfolio page as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. Modelingintl.com reserves the right to remove from its sites any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by Modelingintl.com, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain portfolio types as determined by Modelingintl.com, may not be permitted within the portfolio or as an acceptable use of the personal home page link or as portfolio content. Modelingintl.com is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in portfolio and may remove those at its discretion, and without notice. Modelingintl.com permits one main member portfolio per person.

The Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, (etc.) are contrary to the purposes of Modelingintl.com, and will not be tolerated in any fashion. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly prohibited. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way will be immediately disabled. This includes (but is not limited to): Hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of Modelingintl.com deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.

Sexually explicit images and nude images are not permitted on this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, sexually stimulating, and overt sexual positions, while nude images are images that show full or partial genitila. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of that member portfolio. Consistent misclassification (rating) or categorization of images may result in the forced setting of ratings and in gross violations may result in the removal of your portfolio.

Modeling International reserves the right to modify, delete or remove your profile for any reason what so ever.

Modelingintl.com is not intended for users under the age of 16. If you are a parent, or a legal guardian of a model 17 years or younger, ensure that you enter and approve all information, and that your email address and contact information is used at all times. All communications though Modeling International to members under that age of 18 or (Legal Age of Majority for this state of residence) is not permitted. All communications of this sort must pass through a third party member either: a manager, parent or legal guardian. Although we allow minors photos, no minors are able to nominate themselves directly from their account, thus guaranteeing 3rd party approval. Modeling International cannot be held liable for any infractions or communications made by our members. We DON’T guarantee the age of any of our members and we cannot be held liable if a member lies about their birth date / age to circumvent our security measures.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated and your profile to be removed from Modeling International without any notice whatsoever and without refund of any/all money paid.
